Felicia Moga
She has been working in the field of communication for more than 27 years, of which 22 within DC Communication, one of the pioneering public relations agencies in Romania.
Felicia is a Senior Group Manager, a convinced follower, and practitioner of the integrated approach of public relations. She applies this angle in every communication process deployed for the agency’s corporate clients.
In more than 22 years of continuous activity at DC Communication, Felicia has coordinated 780 communication projects for 52 clients in a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, and financial services (Raiffeisen Bank, Nederlanden, Western Union, KBC), manufacturing, and energy (Michelin, GDF Suez – Distrigaz Sud/ Engie, Petrom, Rompetrol, GEFCO), IT&C (Tremend, Romtelecom, KPNQwest, DialTelecom, Advantage Software Factory, Nest), professional services (Ernst & Young, Trend Consult, TMI, Asebuss), FMCG (Heineken, Bergenbier, Alka, Geroaslan, Eurocafe), retail (Mobexpert, Cora), real estate (Millennium, Adama), culture (George Enescu International Competition and Festival, the online platform art.Raiffeisen.ro, The European Film Festival, Italian Film Festival, etc.). She coordinated or was involved in internal and external communication projects, media relations, crisis communication, corporate communication and CSR, events, preparations for listing on the stock exchange (IPO, SPO).
She acquired experience in various areas of public relations practice, especially in the area of internal communication, crisis programs (crisis communication, but also training and courses), social responsibility programs. He has managed dozens of projects and multiannual programs for strategic repositioning, rebranding, definition and cascading mission-vision-values programs in the organization, complex events, etc. In the crisis area, she coordinated the largest training program for the entire top and middle management team (of 197 people) of a major player in the energy area, which included training in procedures, crisis communication courses, and simulations. She assisted clients in crisis situations and organized complex real-time crisis simulations in the field.
Before DC Communication, she was an employee of the French Embassy and coordinated cultural programs at the French Cultural Center in Cluj and the French Institute in Bucharest.
She has a degree in Philology at the Babes Bolyai University in Cluj and since 2010, she certified trainer by the Romanian Ministry of Labor.
