“Blended Learning” učni pristop

O W.I.C. -Workplace Inclusion Champion

Program je namenjen široki paleti zainteresiranih strani in strokovnega znanja ter je zasnovan tako, da omogoča organizacijam podpisnicam listine, da vgradijo raznolikost na bolj strateški ravni, kar je korak naprej od enkratnih pobud. Udeležence opremi s potrebnimi orodji, znanjem in spretnostmi, da se umaknejo od improvizacije in se bolj strateško približajo R&V.

#1. “Blended Learning” učni pristop

Uporabljamo kombinacijo video mikro-lekcij, vaj, kvizov, seznamov virov, teorije in orodij, ki jih je mogoče prenesti. Mnenja zunanjih strokovnjakov uporabljamo tudi za najboljše učne izkušnje, ki temeljijo na konkretnih praksah in zgodbah o raznolikosti.

#2. Učite se od strokovnjakov

Naši trenerji so strokovnjaki za trajnost, HR, R&V, komunikacijo iz z neprecenljivimi izkušnjami na vseh področjih.

#3. Certifikat

Na koncu programa bo vsakemu udeležencu podeljen certifikat W.I.C. slovenske, romunske in hrvaške listine o raznolikosti.
