diversity, equality and inclusion. She began her studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences in the field of Human resource management, continued with a master&#8217;s degree in European social policy analysis, and is currently a PhD student in the Sociology of everyday life. Since 2006 she is leading \u0160ENTPRIMA Institute for Rehabilitation and Education. Together with her colleagues and partners, she is developing the Diversity Charter of Slovenia and today she is the president of the Charter&#8217;s council.\u00a0 She is always very active in the development of areas of inclusion of vulnerable groups, mental health, social economy and diversity management. She actively participates in many domestic and international umbrella organizations in these areas. She participates in the development, management and implementation of numerous domestic and international projects, events, educational programs and researches. She is the author and co-author of multiple professional publications and articles.
