number of Slovenian organisations. Her\nmain professional competences are in the areas of: human resources development,\nestablishment of communication systems, monitoring of organisational climate\nand employee satisfaction (SIOK project), carrying out strategic workshops in\nthe field of human resources, setting up management systems, managing\nknowledge, building successful teams. She is habilized as a lecturer for the\nsubject &#8220;Human Behavior&#8221;. She is co-author of the Catalogue of\nMeasures for efficient management of older employees.
