Janez remains passionate about sustainability for three decades. His interpretations of philosophy behind, system’s approach, and communication gives another boost to working mindset.<\/span><\/p>

Janez gained first working experiences as an independant\nfarmer, innovator (e.g. printing on artificial leather – Planika, Adidas) and\nsales representative in high commerce with Commerce d.d. Ljubljana. When the\nwar between ex Yugoslav republics ruined common market, he migrated for work in\nagricultural and construction sector to Italy, and later to UK. There he\nstarted to study industrial design, from where his passion for knowledge\nshifted his interests and thus studies into environment, development,\ninnovations and systems approach studies. He studied also environmental policy\nand practice in an international context. He was awarded with Bachelor of\nScience with Honours and advanced diploma in Environment and Development. He\nworked in tourism sector in Bled, selling hotels, villas, guiding guests,\norganising events… Since 1996 Janez stays fully employed as a law enforcement\nofficer (ranger), guider and interpret with the Triglav National Park, where he\nalso represents workers union.  However,\nJanez gladly works on some interesting projects outside the public institution\nof the national park.<\/o:p><\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/p>

He is a state professional administrative officer, green\nmediator, tourist and mountaineering guide. He educated few generations of\nlocal guides for UNESCO’s biosphere area Julian Alps, he worked on special\nprogrammes with volounteers and as an educator for children, students and\nprofessionals.<\/o:p><\/p>

Janez remains passionate about Sustainability, so he gave\nmany lectures on sustainability issues, including sustainability business\nmodels and communication. He worked on many international and local projects as\na lecturer and councelor, e.g.: INTERREG EU NIGHT LIGHT, Avila Spain; Samso\nDenmark; CAPABAL final conference \u2013 guider and interpret for sustainable\nmanagement of protected areas; UNESCO Man and Biosphere Julian Alps –\ncommunicatior and moderator in inclusion process of schools in Biosphere\nCommunity; <\/o:p><\/p>

Sustainable Business Modeling, Social and Green\nEntrepreneurship LASPDL, for International School for Social and Business\nstudies Celje; Interpret or lecturer for representatives of Snowdonia National\nPark – Wales, Crater; Lake NP \u2013 Oregon and US Embassy, NP from China, NP from\nRussia; lectures and guided tours for CEOs of Slovenian police; tutoring\nguiders for Julian Alps and mountain guiders; co-mentoring students from Napoli\nUniversity on Masters in Environmental Management; collaboration with film\nmakers (Bavarian TV, BBC, Red Bull production, etc.); counselling on\nsustainable business models for ideas of social entrepreneurs (FERFL); World\nConference on Sustainable Development in Lake Land Areas, Bled – leading guide,\ninterpret and moderator on Sustainability in Bohinj and Triglav National Park;\ncounselling and writing of different projects: e.g. Diversity in Human\nResources Management in Slovenia, Romania and Croatia; counsellor, networking\nagent, supervisor on funding small projects for NGOs (SSK Bohinj zip-line to\nfly with skies over the oldest ski jump in Slovenia), Impact Tourism products,\nGreen Entrepreneurship, etc.<\/o:p><\/p>\n
