Raziskovalno se ukvarja s strate\u0161kim managementom \u010dlove\u0161kih virov, managementom talentov, karierami, nagrajevanjem in timskim delom. Objavlja v uglednih mednarodnih revijah, sodeluje v uredni\u0161kih odborih ter pri aplikativnih projektih s podjetji. Pri svojem delu povezuje akademsko znanje s prakti\u010dnimi izzivi sodobnih organizacij.
