Razmatranje politika raznolikosti i uklju\u010divosti na prakti\u010dan i interaktivan na\u010din, pomo\u0107i \u0107e polaznicima treninga da sami integriraju praksu raznolikosti istovremeno stvaraju\u0107i \u010dvrsti okvir za me\u0111usobnu suradnju i dijeljenje najbolje praske me\u0111u organizacijama potpisnicama povelja.<\/p>\n<p>Program je dizajniran da potpisnicima omogu\u0107i ugradnju raznolikosti na strate\u0161koj razini, \u0161to je napredak u odnosu na jednokratne prakse. Ovaj pristup \u0107e sudionike opremiti potrebnim alatima, znanjem i vje\u0161tinama kako bi se odmaknuli od kopiranja i improvizacije, te pristupili uvo\u0111enju raznolikosti u organizacije na strate\u0161ki na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Aktivnosti razmjene i dijeljenja znanja na lokalnoj i me\u0111unarodnoj razini kao \u0161to su me\u0111unarodna doga\u0111anja i publikacije, dodatno \u0107e oja\u010dati regionalnu i lokanlu raspravu o va\u017enosti upravljanja raznoliko\u0161\u0107u unutar organizacija u Slovenia was launched on the 14th of November 2017 by the Slovenian \u00a0partnership initiative from Dobrovita Ltd., Institute Sentprima, SKUP with the help of Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal \u00a0Opportunities in the Republic of Slovenia, Association of Contractors of Vocational Rehabilitation in the Republic of Slovenia, CNVOS -Centre for Information Service, Co-operation and Development of NGOs and Association of Employers of Slovenia. Today, the Charter brings together 155 signatories, covering approx. 200.000 employees from companies, public institutions and NGOs, who have publicly assumed the principles of the Charter, so that diversity, equal opportunities and social inclusion become values acknowledged and respected in Romania. Under the auspices of the Romanian Diversity Charter, several initiatives have taken place (experience exchanges, workshops, seminars, debates, task forces) where different practices and organizational policies of diversity management were presented, analyzed, debated and disseminated. Povelja o raznolikosti u Hrvatskoj inicijativa je koja je nastala tragom uspje\u0161nog modela drugih europskih zemalja, a temelji se na skupu na\u010dela koje potpisnici dobrovoljno prihva\u0107aju u svrhu promocije raznolikosti, nediskriminacije, uklju\u010divosti i jednakih mogu\u0107nosti na radnom mjestu. Nositelj projekta u Hrvatskoj je Hrvatski poslovni savjet za odr\u017eivi razvoj (HR PSOR) pod \u010dijim okriljem je do sada u RH Povelju potpisalo 90 potpisnica, ve\u0107inom poslovnih organizacija koje sudjelovanjem u inicijativi daju pozitivan doprinos uvo\u0111enju politike raznolikosti i kulture tolerancije i prihva\u0107anja.
