DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE

This module has been designed to give learners an understanding of the key elements of sustainability and diversity theories. It will raise competences of the participants to better understand how sustainability is connected to diversity and how implementation of diversity policy in companies can be crucial in achieving sustainability. The course will try to have participants understand connections of the two theories and to learn how to implement them.
