SERGEJA PLANKO

Her field of expertise concerns the provision of training and advice in the field of human resources management.

As a consultant and lecturer, she participated in the implementation of numerous projects in a number of Slovenian organisations. Her main professional competences are in the areas of: human resources development, establishment of communication systems, monitoring of organisational climate and employee satisfaction (SIOK project), carrying out strategic workshops in the field of human resources, setting up management systems, managing knowledge, building successful teams. She is habilized as a lecturer for the subject “Human Behavior”. She is co-author of the Catalogue of Measures for efficient management of older employees. (SOURCE: Partner Team, 2018)
